How much does Standard cost after the trial?
For 1–14 active employees: €35 per month. From 15 active employees: €3.75 per person per month. Prices exclude taxes. Use the calculator for your exact team size. Automatic billing is not connected in this preview.
What happens when the trial ends?
Stripe attempts the monthly payment unless renewal is canceled. If payment fails, Subscription remains available to update the card, review payment or cancel. The existing trial end date never resets.
Which employees count towards the price?
Active employee profiles count. Draft and archived profiles do not. An administration-only account does not count as an employee. You see the revised amount before confirming an activation.
What if there are no active employees?
The current calculator shows €0 for zero active employees. This is a price calculation, not a promise of indefinite free access. The account validity and trial expiry still apply.
Do modules require separate software plans?
The product is organised around one Standard plan, with GPS and fleet as included bonuses. Availability still depends on the module’s current state. External providers, hardware or connectivity can have separate requirements and costs.
