A 14-day preview
For a new account, the 14 consecutive free days begin after verified card setup. Your account then shows the exact end date. Existing trial dates never restart or extend, including when the active employee count is zero. Use fictional data and Stripe test cards in this staging preview.
Card and monthly renewal
A card is required. The subscription costs EUR0 during the free period. Afterward, Stripe attempts monthly collection automatically unless you cancel before the billing date. The rate excluding tax is EUR0 with zero active employees, EUR35 for 1–14, or EUR3.75 per employee from 15. Review the amount and first billing date in your account before accepting. An already expired trial can require immediate payment; this is shown separately before consent. Your bank may display a temporary card verification authorization.
Team changes and cancellation
Only active employees count; administration-only accounts do not. Changes update the next invoice without mid-cycle charges or credits. Cancel renewal in Subscription before the trial or paid period ends. Access continues to that end date. Outstanding invoices remain payable; cancellation does not refund prior paid periods. This preview does not collect real subscription payments.
Your account and workspace
Use an email address you control and a strong password. The trial creates a separate company workspace with an administrator account. Do not upload real employee, medical or financial documents to this preview. Email verification and automatic password recovery are not configured yet.
What you can test
Features are available according to the product availability page. External signatures, official reporting, payments and hardware-dependent services may require configuration or remain in preparation. The trial does not include an adviser, payroll validation, hardware or external provider charges.
At the end of the trial
A successful renewal keeps access active. If payment fails or needs bank authentication, the administrator can still open Subscription to update the card, review the invoice or cancel. Operational access ends when the previously covered period expires. Data is not immediately deleted. Email reminders and tax setup are still pending commercial launch validation.
