Days 1–2: set up the workspace
Create your trial with your name, company name, email and a password. A card is required. The 14-day period begins after verified card setup; monthly renewal follows unless canceled. This is a preview environment: use fictional employee information.
Days 3–5: organise the people
Complete company defaults and create a draft employee. Review the form before activation. An administration-only account is separate from an employee profile; the active employee count determines the future Standard price.
Days 6–9: try the day-to-day workflow
Prepare a simple schedule, record a test working day and submit a leave request. Review the request from the responsible account. Look for steps your team will need explained before real adoption.
Days 10–12: explore the connected modules
Try announcements, internal requests, basic resource bookings and vehicle records. Review document-template preparation and the availability page before expecting an external integration to work.
Days 13–14: decide what comes next
Check the subscription screen for the expiry date and projected price. At expiry, Stripe attempts monthly renewal unless canceled. Review the first billing date and active employee amount in Subscription.
Keep the trial useful
The helper can point you to product and pricing articles, but it cannot view your company, reset passwords or repair the app. Contact support for account issues without sending passwords or employee documents.
